We are required to provide you with access to your Personal Information or accept your request to delete your Personal Information only in response to verifiable request. We will verify your request by comparing the information you provide by telephone or via email with any information we have in our possession. The information you provide must match the information we have about you. We may also contact you to request additional information to verify or confirm the nature and scope of your request. These measures are in place to help ensure that your Personal Information is not disclosed to anyone who does not have the right to receive it. The information collected through this process will be used for verification purposes only.
